BOBTAIL INSURANCE COMPANIES ?LTL or NTL?

I searched all over the threads and couldnt find any thing so ill start here.

Owner Operators who do you recommend for Bobtail,Non Trucking Liability,or Less than truckload Insurance?
I spoke with Progressive,Ooida and Gulf South Insurance Company also one other Company told me they couldnt give me a quote until im actually leased on,i told them im in the process of redoing things with my company,they still didnt want to work with me,So it seems like Progressive it is going to be,

Im not talking about full authority insurance, Only Bobtail when your not under a load,
the only reason why i wanna leave Progressive is they went up on my rate and cant give me a clear answer on why,they ran my numbers everything came back good,but they cant explain why?and that is whats grinding my gears.

So who are yall with?
Who covers you and how much a month or year do you pay?

After days of calling around,internet searches,progressive is the cheapest HANDS DOWN!!

 

I contacted the main number,then they put me in touch with a licensed agent in my state,by far the cheapest ive seen around town
