    Core Carrier Corp out of Kansas City Kansas owned by Jack sharky is the worst compnay I have ever worked for. That includes non trucking companies. A few months ago, thier D.O.T. score was 99. At 100 D.O.T. will come in and lock the company up. The trucks are REALLY bad, and the mileage poor. In 1 year, there were about 6 times, that by the time they took taxes, insurance ect out, I owed them money. No 401K, so If you want to make money and have a good future at a company, STAY AWAY.

    Its still here.... But as far as a company you'd like to put twenty years in, I'd look else where.

    I left over a week ago they promised id be home every other weekend to see my little ones an wasnt i sat for days they say they a 48 state company u might only see 5 out of 48 now i cant get money owed to me from them i wasnt payed like they said was suppose to be 43 it was more like 28 trucks are junk they did nithin but lie and lie some more then my checks sucked i could go on but its just warning to all U WANT TO LOSE EVERYTHING AN GO BROKE NOT GET REMEMBURSED FOR ANYTHING TILL THEY WANT TO GIVE TO U GO FOR IT

    You must have the wrong trucking company, because Core has always only traveled 22 states in the Midwest. There is also a daily pay guarantee that I get no matter what so either you were not a good driver or wrong company. I have no problems so far...

    When I was there they didn’t have a daily pay guarantee, nice.

    Didn't the CEO of Sharky wind up in jail for DOT violations some years back? Sounds like another company that hasn't learned.
