Well, since I'm on thin ice here, I may as well break it. I don't ever have to worry about finding a job. I don't hit things. And I if I screw up, I own it. I tried to give you the best advice I could, and so did everyone else. And you call me stupid. let me clue you in on something. I'm not the one who hit a bunch of stuff and whined that I couldn't get a job. I can apply anywhere and be hired. My wallet is full and my DAC looks perfect. I'm where I want to be, not where I have to be. Think about that before you call anyone stupid. You're a broad. You have a mirror. Look in it. You'd be amazed at what you see.

Maybe time to look within at what led you to the spot your in now. When a carrier sees someone who repeatedly has "minor incidents" they view them as major liabilities. So you rub up against something on a flatbed, get out and look and think, "oh that's minor, scratches, dent's and dings happen in this industry" then your employer gets a call and your minor scratch is on a one off carbon fiber airplane part that has a repair bill of $200,000.00. That's a liability there.
Yes accidents can and will happen but there's a reason they classify as preventable and non-preventable. Even a "minor incident" that is a preventable can lead to more expensive preventable "incidents". You minor fairing could have been a missed coupling causing a trailer to disconnect in traffic killing someone. Your "slip in the mud" could have been a roll-over damaging or destroying a load. As for the spinning around, well try that at most places I've worked and you'd be fired for tearing up tires let alone hitting someone's vehicle. I know you say the last wasn't your fault but the person accusing you works for the person writing the check to your company that writes your check, who do you think they're going to believe?? It's may not be right or fair but your company is not going to tell a good customer to pound sand over a dented vehicle and risk loosing an account, that's business.Giggles the Original, FatDaddy, drvrtech77 and 9 others Thank this. -
