    Hi everyone, I hope everyone is having a good day. I am helping a colleague with this great project. We are coming up with an Incentive Program for our drivers and we would like to know which are your top 3. See the ideas so far below:

    Recognition placard and a “thank you”

    Driver of the Month type-recognition

    Merchandise Customization (t-shirt, hat, could be any brand, does not have to be co. brand)

    Breakfast/lunch

    Gift certificates/cards (maybe reloadable ones?)

    Cash Bonus

    On-site/off-site personal massages or other small gift packages

    Vacation (most expenses or all paid)


    Maybe there's something on here that we haven't thought of??

    Make sure you set attainable goals. Lots of companies offer this sort of stuff , then set the bar so high it's all but impossible to meet.

    Make the rewards something of real value. Like had been posted. A long weekend at the beach , or a trip to a day spa for the wife. A nice dinner for 2 , with chauffeur , maybe dinner and a show. Gift cards redeemable almost anywhere or cash are good choices too. I know GSF sent the top 2 drivers with the best on time delivery average on a cruise ( got to take advantage of that perk twice myself in my time there ). Lots of great ideas so far. Kudos to you guys.
