Lancer insurance company worst i ever seen....

Im not thinking his original post was meant to call you out? The way I read it is, to him usually when you get a refund from a CC charge it is usually a credit back onto the CC. But what looks like happened here is it was over two weeks from the time of the original CC charge so, it has been longer than the normal time to refund a CC charge. So they are sending a refund in the form of a check. I have had the same type of thing happen before. Either way, good luck.

 

Refunds I have gotten from insurance have always been in the form of a check, and I pay with a credit card. I was thinking its because they want a paper trail.

 

They did me the same way really gave me a quote that was good for 30 days I called two days before my policy I had at the time expired after doing all the paperwork they called and said I was on insurable through them, that I could request a Nother quote after 90/days they never gave a reason.

I ended up going to greatwest which is one of the harder companies to get insured with and they took me under one stipulation that I could not add another truck to my policy within the first year.

 

Well they canceled me after I paid my deposit because I asked for physical to be added and they wanted payment that following day.

I'm thinking, screw them, if they don't want my free money the other insurance company will get it.
