That's the only post in this entire thread by Packard, lmao. Obviously I did read the entire thread and you were too lazy to quote the right driver.

I think you read a bit more into my post than what was there.
If if a driver needs more money, change jobs.
If a driver is unhappy, change jobs.
Fine.
In my own case, it's not all about money. Paid off house, another rented, and interest in a third. Wife just got a nice annual raise at her job. I live in SC. My folks are in CA and are 77 and 75 years of age. My kids and grandkids are spread out around the Carolina's and GA.
Ill let let you complete the puzzle, but at least in my case, no...it's not only about the money.
....and I'm still not sure what your post has to do with what I said earlier. I provide this info to you merely as a comparison.
Carry on.RoadCall, drvrtech77 and Lowa3468 Thank this. -
RoadCall Thanks this.

Fair enough ... By the way, I do agree with your overall point, if your not happy, or considerably under paid, move on.
Lowa3468 Thanks this. -
anyways, not sure where to pick back up on this thread as it had been hijacked several times.....
and if you happy where you at stay......I am happy where I am at and I'm not going anywhere -
I normally dont post in here,.. but this post got my attention.
This is for the OP.
The bad trucking company sounds much worse then it is,.. and you are correct. 99.999% of those who post will be disgruntled employees. And most who read them, should understand that yes they are reading an angrily type response to a bad experience they had.
How ever,.. when a pattern develops where the same companies are repeatedly accused of 'bad things',.. common sense says that something is not right. So like it or not, new drivers looking for the lessor of all evils, can use this section as a guide and hopefully not make the same mistake someone else did.
No two people will have the same experience at the same company. To be upset with someone for bad mouthing the place you work is like owning a restaurant and trying to rebut a bad review written in a magazine or newspaper. The only thing you can do is try to correct the problem. Because lets face it. If your company is constantly in the bad light,.. something is obviously not right. If you are not in a position to make changes to improve drivers satisfaction,..then you really have no business complaining.
Hurstblsqueak, The Patriot, UKJ and 5 others Thank this. -
If you don't like the thread then you can always . . . close you're eyes. Just say'n.
superflow Thanks this. -
would have a better out come then some of those flease deals. So my assumption is you work as either a recuriter or a office pouge for one of these jack wagon companies. And you don't want your company to look bad. Just my 25 cents adjusted for inflation.Stormdriven and UKJ Thank this. -
When someone says "jackwagon,' it makes me think of this:
