Yeah I read, lol, do you comprehend? I simply asked where do the longer runs come from? You were in NJ 3 weeks ago and Texas last week. Haven't seen RM do either lately. So it appears to me those long loads only happen on occasion, I'm just curious where do they come from? I know you went to Texas from home, is NC the only place to get a Texas load? Seems once your in the upper Midwest, most of the time(on average*) mickey, you stay in the upper Midwest. No one ever said anything about not getting miles, what's your point?

i comprehend, amigo! Lol but you weren't clear. I take it by 'where do they come from' you mean where do the originate?
Most from Fargo or Minnesota .... But also Tx, NJ, NC, Ga, Co. Ok....among others. RM has done a bunch of ND to NC, enough so, I'm a little jealous!! Lol sometimes you bounce around the Midwest a bit but usually you get sent afar. And most times out of Minn and Fargo you get a choice. I chose to come to Indiana cause it got me loaded on Saturday and ran all day Sunday, got a quick reset in and didn't have to wait till Monday.

You won't go wrong if you decide to join Magnum. I came here after a 25 career in business and I'm more impressed with how people are treated here than I have been at several of the corporations I have worked for. So far everything I have been told by Paul and the team is what happens at Magnum. Good luck with your decision.

 

Just talked to Paul in recruiting. Raised a few questions I'd like to ask you guys who work there
The pay scale adjusts every 4 months, how likely is it to change? They didn't offer me .50cpm to start, how lilkely is it to make it to that rate? What's the average pay you make?

 

Speaking in general terms to any recruiter only gets so far. I'm just asking for peoples actual experiences. From the horses mouth so to say. 👍
