Dude, Ive lived here most of my life and had to look up where Long's was. I live in the upstate off I-85 there's plenty up this way and quite a few in Columbia. There is also a ton of companies driving cargo from the port in Charleston. What I did was look up several, and I mean several companies and see where they had terminals and go from there. Or you can get on Craigslist and look up US Xpress jobs since they seem to do all their advertising there.

Paul US Xpress seemed like a good fit but i didn't get my Class A threw a 150 hours course like they require i did private one and one lessons...what sucks is almost all these big companies require u too graduate from a 150+ hour course...Im really stuck on this one, i wish i could just go out with an owner operator but ive made soo many phone calls and like i said im basically running out of options.

Don't give up yet!!! Do some online applications with these companies. If you can get on with one of these, stick with it for 6-12 months, then you can really pick and choose.
