Any information on this company? They say they are from bueford(sp?), GA. Apparently they have Midwest openings that run IA, MO and KS.. Which would be a decent place to run. Said im home all weekends and through the house on the weekend.
Just curious if anyone knows good or bad on them. Driver treatment and the like.
Equipment looks top notch but not sure on any other details. I did seem weird that I sent in a app and within a hour.. The recruiter told me she was mailing a packet to me for my drug test.
I hadn't even had a chance to ask questions and it seems I had a employment opportunity. Never had it happen that fast. Trust me.. My record is less than satisfactory with a ticket on my mvr. So that kind of threw me off. Thanks for any and all help.

Here's what I know about them, they are kinda wonky on their motor vehicle insurance, and apparently don't hire the brightest light bulbs out there. I am dealing with their insurance related to a traffic accident caused by one of their drivers making an ill-advised, almost illegal U-turn and taking the backend off my wife's parked car. They are slow to return phone calls, if they even do, even to the cops, all though they are quick to return calls and emails to their customers (thank you Discount Tire for getting me the correct information, after the driver gave false information). I had to threaten to call the Ga. Insurance commission and Ga. Highway Patrol on the carrier to get the insurance company to initially deal with me.There are concerns that they are either self insured or in some form of receivership, as their insurance company is a division of the bank that holds some of the notes on their equipment.

I worked for them 3 years ago for 6 months. The trucks were leased from Penske and I parked at a Penske 5 miles from the house they changed the take your truck home pol. I could not abide by that so I turned in my keys. They told me no north east. Seems I was always in upstate NY or New Hampshire Mass or Con. Seems every load also was routed through or on 68. And we hauled alot of hazmat.
