Where do i start looking for work as a ex- offender for something I done 10 years ago,I figured getting a CdDL would be the way to get my family out of poverty. As soon as I went to DMV and got that CDL I told Menard's goodbye.I'm not good at eating humble pie.

Plenty of jobs for x-felons out there...I just tell em "hey i got a bad background how far back you guys go?" I always get an immediate answer!! LOL, just hit em in the face with it right away, save time..your either good or not good instantly

You are pushing it though...my doors began opening after 3 years, 5 i was ok with anything local, 10 years I can get 80% of whats out there, Im at 15 now....
In my journey, I was often liked by the company, and thier insurance came back with a 'no'...I had that 50% of the time

The worst companies to even try, are the shtty big OTR companies that take students and pay 15 cents a mile...pretty much all the ones talked about here..they have the strictest policys, for some reason...I ran local forever, then went LTL, then oilfield, back at LTL now, I had no problems with bad record..

Depends what you did too...If you killed 40 chickens and screwed a beagle, you might get in...If you stole from an employer, you probably wont...

Also, as an ex felon, you need to do as much as possible, in person...If you got a good game and good work ethic, and appear to be a good hand, you can sell yourself to another man pretty easily...doin everything online, your an easy delete...why pick a felon? there's 18 thousand cdl's out there now..thier printed in every dam language even !! (ya follw me?)

Men think they are the best at reading another man, like they cant be B.S.'d...If you dont look or act like a criminal, you should be good in most arenas

Will be hard to find "frac" work ( working for an actual company that provides frac services, hallibaker, weatherford, slb, etc...) When I went to trucking school, 3 guys there applied at weatherford, only 1 was accepted. Other two were felons. Most water haulers and maybe smaller companies might hire you. Thats where the other 2 went lol.

It has some pretty good tips. Have you ever considered college?

Western express nashville,tn van or flatbed hires felons. When i got hired with them its basically a dont ask dont tell situation. Show up, do your job they can care less what your story is about.
