Once again, for those who might have missed it, the password is:

    thickskin

This password is now the same for Politics, as well as the Unmoderated Forum.

Pointing at the forum title on the main forum list page - in this case Politics - should bring up an overlay with information about the forum that includes the password:

    upload_2015-5-19_6-39-31.png

There are a lot of these overlays and other tools that can be accessed by simply pointing at things, so I'd encourage everyone to explore the site a little bit more just by pointing at various parts of the pages as you have time.

AfterShock, Big Don, tsavory and 3 others Thank this.

Ok here is something that bothers the heck out of me on this new software. I cant seem to keep the side bar closed. The old version I closed it and it would stay shut. This version when ever I return I have to find that silly little icon to shut it down. Why cant we shut it off permanently anymore?

Here's a suggestion: Can we set it so people have to read to the last post before they can comment? It's a dual purpose upgrade: it saves the rest of the trouble of reading posts that shouldn't have been made, and it allows the poster to not appear clueless! :D

EDIT: Realized that looked like it was pointed @lovesthedrive , it wasn't. It was prodded by a post on another thread.

I do understand overlays may produce if hovering but it'd hard to hover on a phone. :)

If it matters, the addons I have in firefox are adblock plus, flash video downloader, and add to searchbar 2.8

What happened to the years of experience or whatever it was that appeared underneath the user name ??

I found it most helpful in determining who the n00b'z to the industry are who actually need help versus the cluless idiots with experience who don't and probably never will "get it"...

and no I'm not reading 45 pages to see if this question has been answered..
