Could be from a vibration,truck out of alignment fighting the wheel,wheel not set to right angle making your wrists flexed wouldnt happen to be a freightliner would it?

Take a big hammer and smash your right big toe,,you will not feel any pain in your hand or wrist,,
GO SEE A DOCTOR -
Definitely go see a doctor.
There is possibility that you may have to change occupations, going into a different position, as in the office or dispatch. Constant driving can easily aggravate serious medical conditions.
Your doctor, along with a company doctor or D.O.T. certified physician would be the best judges of this situation. -

I started having wrist pain. To the point it was getting painful to hold wheel. I would change from over hand to under hand , bottom of wheel. My truck needed alignment. Took to shop. It needed king pins. After work was done. Truck rides nice again, not finghting wheel as it always pulled a little to the right.
NO more pain in wrist.
Maybe you don't need a doc but a mechanic. Good luck.
