you can also just put a switch on the front of the trailer for the dump valve. In many states it is illegal to control the dump from inside the cab. In all cases it is illegal to control a lift axle from in the cab unless it is an auxiliary axle not a primary one. Especially don't get caught in Canada. As usual most DOT inspectors won't look for this, but those in the know can nail you for it. If a switch is in cab you need a light to let you know the status that it is currently dumped. My lift axle is air operated with a valve just behind the landing gear crank. Also another valve to dump both axles. I almost always run my axles in the closed position so no need to worry about a dump valve.

 

Not sure what pre pass did but i never finished signing up for it. So they sent me a prepass to my House?? When i got the best pass in my truck. Sometimes i wonder about these people

you may have confused them, bestpass has prepays and two others, along with the toll pay, but that requires a credit or debit card on file, you may havedone prepass and not bestpass.

 

No I got best pass cuz it's in my window. Pre pass messed up it seems cuz best pass has pre pass built in I just gotta pay right?

You didn't check that you already had a transponder. Call prepass and give them your best pass transponder #. They will transfer your acct over

 

Oh didn't get anything to check cuz I called em. I'll do it Monday as I'm tired n drove from 11pm to this morning.. 708 miles from north Miami to sc lol. My trailer wasn't pre loaded yet so I Bob tailed to truck stop.

 

Any of you guys on this big move to ft mcoy? Just got empty and stopped at the quick trip in tomah to scan my bills in and holy crap, it looks like a Mercer terminal here. Much be fifty of us. Plus another hundred other flats, steps, and rgns from other carriers.
