To be fair I think what they were saying was I was giving out too many clues on how to get the most out of the load board in which they might view as less money for them and more for the competition.
On the other hand there is a lot of cheap Schneider freight also soo if you help drivers learn not to get stuck with crap paying loads then hey guess what if Schneider and/or the customer wants it moved then there's pressure to raise the rate.
It's a matter of what view point you're on because there's two.
I'll just clear the air now cause I know someone will say if we don't haul the cheap freight then a company driver getting paid trash will move it. That's a different story BUT plays into the root of the issue.
If I was a shipper and could get away will shipping for cheap or if I ran a trucking company and drivers would line up for .25 per mile then heck no would I pay more.
If drivers are dumb enough to be cheap drivers if it be as an IC or company driver then loads can move cheaper.
The root of the issue with cheap freight is not something like me showing people how to earn more and then them "taking all of good freight" leaving the rest of us with nothing.
The real issue in my opinion is drivers working for cheap.
Some might want every IC on choice to take ALL the cheap freight and leave the good loads for them.
I on the other hand would prefer nobody taking cheap freight, let that trash SIT till when they actually fork up more money to have it moved.

I don't mind the posting of experiences it's the load board screen shots that is my issue.

Weren't you also "whining" about someone taking all the Utica to Parlin loads. Hence if you advertise you may miss out on freight you need or want

With all the info/numbers.....SNI still better choice(If you are willing to run) then going to 100% pure O/O fleet like F2F http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...brokers-standpoint.200591/page-4#post-3852669

Thanks FW for being honest!! funny I can recall some of the respondents asking questions about the choice board years ago.. SMDH

It's not about being honest or answering questions it's the details of specifics in an open forum.
drvrtech77 and Hegemeister Thank this. -
My SFI rep told me SNI wants to be at 5,000 if drivers within 24 months.
If so growth like that will kill the choice board. Just think of the issues customer service has now multiply that by 3.
My worry is they grow the number of trucks but not the available freight. -
TennMan Thanks this.
