They want you to hurry up and get done, but simultaneously put every road block there is, in the way, I've heard that song before the melody and the lyrics.

This is a good thing, today I had a properly loaded trailer. Best load I have had in a couple weeks, made all the difference in the world. The packer who loaded my truck today get's an A+! I even put on the load sheet when I turned in my paper work back at the yard at the end of the day, that my trailer was loaded really well and it makes all the difference in the world.
Big Don Thanks this. -

So, chains are pretty similar within a chain, they all tend to be set up the same. Especially inside. There might be a couple different styles (they used this building for a while, then this building) but you get to know them pretty fast. You can usually glance at a chain and know where you need to go. Some are EXACTLY the same ALL over, but most are similiar if not exact. Older buildings (or more inner city) can be tougher and different.
The biggest advantage is that all the product is the same. So Denny's (for example) has all denny's product and after a while you learn what is a Denny's product and what isn't. (cuz all food warehouse people suck the industry over). So, most MBM warehouses do more than one chain and typically you'll have more than one chain on your truck. At least warehouse only has one chain, so that would actually be hard since the entire truck would be the same day after day. My warehouse has 8 chains. Which is a lot. But you know what each store is getting and they don't have endless choice like sysco.
The biggest reason I went with MBM was the liftgates (forget that ramp stuff, although we still come out the side for freezer for early stops because WE ARE BUYING THE WRONG FREAKING EQUIPMENT) and the fact that chain restaurants tend to have much bigger parking lots. (which is usually true) where mom and pop's don't.
The bad thing about MBM is the equipment blows and they pretty much run 48' trailers exclusively, all over the US. the truck is FULL to the very back. They want to see 1300 to 1500 pieces, 35,000 to 38,000lbs EACH load.
it pays really well though -
Probably keeps you from getting fat, too!
