Starting Orientation at Troutdale

I promised myself that I wouldn't describe my whole experience with my mentor, but he was a Lease Operator and not only was he a terrible businessman, he was 100% dependent on his GPS. There were plenty of times that he had no idea what state we were in, what highway we were on, and had no idea that taking the loop around Cincinnati (instead of driving straight downtown) is a really good idea during rush hour. I'm really glad that I'm off his truck. Sure, GPS is helpful, but there's no way I'll depend on it. I'll be sure to use my spiral-bound road atlas just because that's how I've always done things.
