    By should not I'm judging by how the claim is going and what the insurance co is saying. It should be 100% the other parties fault but I know how accident cases turn out, the other party will try to get a split in fault or something.

    Thanks for the info. I'll look at Old Republic. I updated the original post, had some of my figures wrong.. thanks again.

    We renewed with them 7 months ago. This is our second year this them. Hoping for a discount of some sort if not we will be changing.
