I'm working for R&L,today, I got a offer to go on board with reed away, I past all the background checks
and been cleared, now R&L is the company that I currently work for today, what would be the best one to work for in the future I only been at R&L for under a year now,oh and if I were to go to reed away I would be taking a
$6.00 dollar cut if I was to leave R&L,but R&L does not pay over time and reed away does, could someone
give me a little advice and there opinion on what they know about these two company's. thanks.

I don't know diddly about either one. However, if you've been at your job for less than a year, I suggest you stick with it for a while. Suppose you make the switch and don't like that outfit. Then you are looking for a job again. And that is how "short timers" and "job hoppers" are born.

Well a 6 dollar cut, 240 on 40 hours, asumme 20 vs 26, you would need a min of 48 hours at reed to make the same as 40 at r&l. Is there a garentee of ot in writting? The 6 dollar differance is becuse of no ot. Gotta do alot of math
