    Orientation at Davis and was asked what day of the year I would like to have off. Christmas of course was my reply. I was sternly reminded that this was a 24/7, 365 operation and they would try to get drivers off. Of course this person could give no explanation why there were about 100 trucks on the yard and it was not a national holiday. Little wonder they can't hire drivers.

    Kind of wonder how long the interviewer has worked for the company and how much trucking management experience he has,,my guess the company hired him because he really knows nothing about drivers and transportation
