    I have been driving for 25 years and 10 of those have been with Elite Express. This company really cares about us drivers. No forced dispatch, Great pay and the 3 owners of the company actually listen to your concerns and make changes to better the company. They buy new trucks every year and hand them out fairly. For a small company with only one terminal this is a great job. Just go out make your deliveries get a backhaul and return to the terminal. they dont mind you goin by the house if its in route and i get to take my truck home. i would recommend this job to anybody thats tired of being just a number.

    Hey all, I'm new here. Is Elite an LTL company? I'm in NJ with a clean CDL and have been working for OD for about 2 years now. The dispatch and residential freight is a nightmare. Looking to take my skills into a new daycab and leave that behind.

    Ah yeah I found their site, that's a hike for me. I'm looking to do day cab work. Doing that with them would mean a 2+ hr commute to work everyday.

    Anyone have any suggestions for a TWIC card holder with a tanker endorsement? I'm about to get my TWIC and I understand there is a ton of stuff that comes out of the ports in NJ.
