No benefits 1099 employee pay is 1200 weekly or 50/50 split .90cpm plus .25cpm fuel surcharge and what's left were to split 50/50. I've never worked for an O/O before though

I wouldn't do it then. With Freymiller you'll have a full benefits package.
Freymiller isn't the only company that will hire you, but it's a good choice.

Keep in mind, out of your paycheck, you will have to pay social security, federal taxes, etc. You have to do this quarterly if I'm not mistaken.

Looking for something local? Look into Hardies Fruit & Vegetables. They will take you on without any OTR experience. Decent pay, just the hours suck. Lots of early morning start times. (12am-5am)

Another place to look into is Nature's Second Chance Hauling. They pick up cardboard bales from stores and want people with flatbed experience. $20 per hour (straight time) and advertised 50-65 hours per week. They were advertising on Craigslist last week.

Here is a job out of Watford City North Dakota that pays 28 dollars an hour and pays time and a half for overtime and you would be working 70 hours in 5 days and take a day off. That works out to roughly $2300.00 per week but the benefits are totally awesome
