FWIW, here's a pair of Mexican food grade tanker trucks parked at my local Wal-Mart this morning, operated by Auto Tanques Nieto, the tank transportation division of Grupo Nieto, a company that's been around since 1934.
Some truckers oppose letting Mexican trucks on U.S. roads

I am against anybody who is not living in this country legally working here..
America needs to shut all this crap down and get our books strait.. All this foreign trade, foreign labor whatever you call it has done nothing but hurt this country and make the rich richer while the middle class get poorer.. -
We still need trade. Just more out and less in.

If you have not noticed this country under this free trade crap is going down hill fast... -

The price of fuel in Mexico compared to the U.S. certainly puts American drivers at an even greater disadvantage. This entire situation has been created by our own federal government! Alaska is off-limits to drilling; offshore drilling - even exploration - has been banned; any and all potentially productive efforts are being severely hindered by massive bureaucracy and "red-tape". Maybe too-little, too-late, the American public is becoming aware of this situation, and reopening domestic oil production is finally being considered.
Getting back to Mexican trucks, the plan that is being carried-out is to replace American ports with larger, more modern ports in Mexico, which will bypass our Longshoremen's Union with Mexican dock workers. (Of course it is presumed that nothing at all will ever be manufactured here anymore.) Once the NASCO Supercorridor System (the "NAFTA superhighways") is completed, most (if not all) Chinese freight will be unloaded in Mexican ports and transported here by Mexican drivers over these "superhighways", through "smart ports", like the one that was built outside of Kansas City. Believe it or not, that is the plan, and it is quietly being implemented. -
It's all part of "The New World Order" agenda. Google is a powerful tool.

"It's all part of 'The New World Order' agenda. Google is a powerful tool." Exactly. NAFTA, which is what mandates that the US allow Mexican trucks in (and which needs to be repealed) was the precursor to the "Security and Prosperity Partnership" (SPP). The SPP was signed by El Presidentes Fox and "Boosh" and Prime Minister Martin in 2005 without any congressional participation whatsoever; secretive meetings have subsequently been held every year to discuss its implementation.
At least since 1974, NAFTA has always been intended to be the first step toward forming a "North American Union" (NAU) through a gradual process of "integration" and "harmonization", exactly like the "European Union" (EU). Like the EU, the NAU would be under the authority of the UN; hence a "new world order". This is a not a "paranoid conspiracy theory" as is alleged by its proponents; it is a fact.
For more information on this that is from a truly reliable source that has a long-term, proven track-record of accuracy, I most strongy urge anyone who is concerned or curious to visit www.jbs.org. There is a free *.pdf downoad of the "North American Union" issue of the New American magazine available therein. "Check-it-out" and decide for yourself whether or not this as just another "paranoid conspiracy theory". -
Thanks for that link. Reading it now.
