I made a Choice to come to Schneider

That's good..at least he's listening to people in the field and taking action to fix the problem because it was awful...it's to their advantage to have more trls...more freight and more drop & hook freight..

 

Sometimes it works... I picked up a trl and dropped it off, right across the street from my pick up.

Anyways yup they want all the O/O stuff separate from the Schneider company driver... expect when telling us to do MT trailer shuttles.
