I just did my DOT physical in TX, my CDL is Missouri. How do I register my physical with the DMV in Missouri. I won't be going back to Missouri for several months.

I hope you can see my screen shot but if not, it looks like Missouri is one of the only states that doesn't accept mailed, faxed, or e-mailed medical cards, I'd try calling a DMV in Missouri that handles CDL testing and ask them direct. -
