I can only imagine the expense of some of the things you've hauled. Not to mention the finesse and stress involved. I'd probably have a lot more grey hair than I do now.
Hurst
The most ridiculously expensive equipment you've hauled.

I once hauled 22 pallets of Illinois Lottery scratch-offs from Georgia to Springfield. I imagine that was worth a fair chunk of change.

Back in 1991 I transported something that is impossible to place a value on.
Got a call from a very close friend. they had been quoted $10,000 to transport 450 lbs about 1600 miles.
She asked if I could look into it and see if this was right, gave me the contact numbers.
I made a few calls and found what the situation was.
I called my friend back and told her it was taken care of and not to worry about it any more.
I drove about 600 miles to pick up a container that is about 8X4X4. then turned around and drove that container the 1600 miles to her town. arrived on time and did this for free.
Her brother and a very good friend of mine was buried the next day.Dominick253, Starch, damutt and 10 others Thank this.
