2005 international 9400. Cat c13. Got home Friday morning and shut truck off like normal. Went out Sunday to leave and its dead, no lights, no clicking, nothing works. Checked all battery connections, fuses on top of batteries, everything good and tight. Called TA road squad; he couldn't figure it out. Batteries will read 15+v then go down to .2v. He was going to jump it but his jumper wasn't working.

How did you check voltage? Most won't show 15 volts with motor running.
Need to check all wiring, battery box, starter, frame grounds.
    Do the headlights work?

Voltage meter on each battery. Truck won't start so motor isn't running. No headlights, no dome lights, nothing. 13+v to alternator.

If you have 13 volts at the starter, then you need to check your grounds. If not then trace wires back to battery box.

Need to unhook batteries, check each with nothing hooked to it. Probably lost a cell in one. Unfortunately when one goes,it damages the others it's connected to. Best to replace all at same time.

All are new as of January.

Did you leave something on to pull batteries down?
Pulling down to 5 volts will shorten the life of the batteries,if repeated over and over.

062 is right. Until you unhook and check the batteries with them isolated from everything else, you're going in circles. You are correct in that they "should be still good" because new last January, but a bad system can still wreck them. Check the voltage on them each, one at a time with them unhooked. That would be the best place to start imo.
