Is this a good thing? asking experienced drivers their opinions.

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- During National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, Celadon Trucking unveiled two new initiatives designed to offer a better experience for its drivers. The WageLock™ pay program and FleetWire™ mobile application were created as a means to better help drivers address the challenges of driving a truck.

Through the WageLock program, company drivers who meet the requirements can earn up to $1000 a week, regardless of how many miles they drive. Qualifying for the pay program is easy and the better the driver's status, the higher the payout. The program will officially go into effect on November 1, 2015.

No...and nowhere does it describe the requirements of WageLock (clever they tm'd it) yet they go into great detail about a f'n app. Anytime a company uses "up to" when describing pay I puke.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing about the "up to" statement. What are the requirements? Any time a company say their making changes to help drivers my eyes roll.

Back in the day, before I purchased my first truck in 03, Celadon used to be a good company to drive for......I remember all I ever did was east coast to Laredo and back...I loved Laredo!! I remember the golden corral with the live music....
