i was on a site where people were talking about doing 3500 to 4200 miles in a week solo.

ive been on paper logs for years logging legally, and my best was 2800.

are these guys stating those numbers lieing about their miles, or are they out right absolutly lieing about everything on their log books?

theres no way its taking them exactly 15 mins to load or unload everytime, theres no way there breezing thru the fuel lane every single time, theres no way they are never hitting traffic congestion, theres no way there averaging 65mph for 60 hours.

whats the truth behind there milege claims?

    600 miles a day,on a regular basis =4200 max
Figure 34 hours off and the following. Week would be short. 1200 miles
    600X6-=3600
Much more doeable on a consistent. Basis.
3000 miles a week would be easy to make.

People can say whatever then want online, don't believe everything you read. You cannot do that on a consistant basis if you log the speedlimit in every state. Then you have traffic, constuction.Unless they have all drop and hook it takes longer at the cust. But even then you spend longer then 15 minutes checking in and out .Fueling can log and out back on the road in 15 minutes.A lot of times I did because I didn't go in the trkstop.

There are so many obstacles to getting 4000 miles in a week.
    Shipper,receiver,must be open 24-7.
Must be out west, with no traffic delays.
    Long runs with minimal stops.
I can guarantee no-one. Running the east coast,is getting 4000 miles solo, unless they fake their logs.
By the way..the threads title is max miles legally.:)
