I agree, "I had to have a W900L" until I got out here and played around in a few of the aero trucks. Now, I still have trucks I won't drive, but I feel a T680, 387, or 587 are enough of a sacrifice. One day I will get my W900, but it can wait until the time is right.

right now they're cheap in truck paper. They're going for $25k-$35k all day long. They look clean inside and out. But drive train I have no idea about but may be worth taking a look

Yes I WANT a hood. It's what I like. If I'm paying for it then it doesn't matter. I hate these aero trucks. I hate the wide cabs. I hate the plastic. I hate the resale value. Am I going to put myself in a bad position financially just to get one? No. But I will get one when I can.

And I've been riding with my dad since I was 2. He drove an 87 international cab over hauling logs and I was in the truck every day that I wasn't in school. I always thought that was the coolest truck. I'd play with my cars and trucks on the dog box while we went down the road. Good times.

I had a T660 as a company driver. I liked that truck. 386 wouldn't be bad either. I like a narrow cab. I do not like these trucks that are 6ft from door to door

And if you still don't understand it . Enroll in an Algebra class at your nearest Community College and it will become perfectly clear. 10-4 !!

I just remembered this same discussion with you on here about 2 years ago when you were looking at a old tmc truck. I am just a bottom line guy, I cant eat chrome or a hood. but that's just me.

I can get a nice Pete for the same price I paid for this truck and get the same, if not better fuel mileage. It's all about preference. If I can make the same money in a Pete that I make in a freightliner then why not do it in the truck i want?

None. Freightliners are cheaper to fix. BUT, if your going to live in a truck why not a nice one. It's a lot of hours in your life.
