I have a possession of marijuana less than an ounce charge that happen last year on 9-11. Is there any trucking companies out there that will take me with that charge on my record? HELP!!!!

In all honesty, you should have looked into that before going to school. You have a hard road ahead.

Carolina Cargo will probably hire you.
Hope you like California 'cause that's what they mostly do; West Coast turnarounds.

Maybe a Colorado, Washington or Oregon based company might be sympathetic. In most cases I'd say: GFL!

The problem with that is companies, not trucking companies, are now having problems with less productive employees due to impairment. Employees showing up for work impaired and not being as productive as before the legalization. The supreme court in Colorado ruled the employees can be fired because alcohol is also legal, but a worker shouldn't show up for work impaired by alcohol either.
One company already moved to Georgia to get away from all that and started over with a new workforce.
