High dollar polished granite. They don't want to risk any chemical reactions or water spots on them.

    BT
BT is $20. Depending on if you want a $500 deductible or $1000 deductible is something like $26 per $10,000 of coverage and $32 per $10,000. All total mine is $230 a month for truck and trailer. If you go through quality you'll have to use quality's insurance if I'm not mistaken and I don't know what their rate is.

Sorry. Been really busy. SC flooding didn't help. I'll update when I get to the truck stop in Kearny NJ in a little bit.

    Alright, here we go.

Got down to pompano beach Monday morning about 10am. Sat there for 3 hours waiting on the 3 trucks in front of me to get loaded by a crane. I told them that it would take them 2 minutes to unload me with a fork lift. After 3 hours, they came over to me and said "why didn't you say this is all you had? We would have uploaded you first". I very politely said "I did tell you but it's too late". They unloaded me.

I saw a "shortcut" to medley, FL. It was a shortcut but I found out that there are 187 red lights between pompano and medley on this road and I hit every single one.

Got to my pick up 30 minutes before they close. No one speaks english. This "44,000 pounds of tents" turned into about 10,000 pounds if that. Got everything loaded and strapped and it made me uneasy. The tents are rolled in bags on pallets and stacked with a thin wrap of saran wrap. I got back to Vero beach before I ran out of time.

Got up Tuesday and saw they closed 70 miles of i-95 in SC. I called the agent and contact and told them I wouldn't make it by 4pm wednesday. They said no big deal we can unload Thursday morning. Made it to Kenly, NC after going 150 miles out of the way bypassing the flooding.

Left this morning and I get a call. "They won't be able to u load you thursday. They don't have the site. It'll have to be Friday but they've already approved $250 for your layover pay". It kills me getting home this weekend but I haven't been to NYC in 10 years and I was with 170 other kids then. So, tomorrow, I'm going to take a bus into the city and go walk around and see the freedom tower and go get some pizza and just hang out for the day. I'm a little pissed that it's killing a day of me running and killing my weekend home time but it's not every day you get to be a paid tourist.

$250 to sit is pretty nice. Look at it like a unscheduled paid day off. Only downfall is loading before the weekend outta NYC. Call the philly agent and see what she can come up with between tomorrow and Friday. It'll prob be rare to get towards Alabama but she can find something going west towards Ohio or Indiana.

Ya I'm not complaining. I'm going to just stay out and go home wednesday. Spend Wednesday night, and Thursday night at home. Go grab something out of bham or ATL Friday morning and go back to the house. Then take it wherever it goes sunday night/monday.
