I left my 1st company because I was bringing home $500.00 checks after taxes and insurance and I was introduced to a company you may or may not have heard of called Eagle Logistics. Just search Eagle here on this forum and I'm sure you will understand why I left. I tried to hang as long as I could (7 months) but after 3 weeks of $0.00 on my settlement I had to leave to my present company. Trust me I never wanted to be the guy who has had 8 jobs in 3 years but I'm sure you not the type to work for free.

I been replaying the scene over and over in my head. My thoughts were to not hit the gaurd rail on my left, his truck on my right and I thought about stopping but didn't want to get hit from behind by another truck or car.

Sometimes, you gotta take the lesser of the evils, so to speak. Had you stopped, to prevent hitting that tow truck, and someone hit you in the rear, it would likely have been considered their fault. They didn't maintain a safe following distance. You'd have still been in an accident, and it would have still probably been considered a "preventable" accident, but still not your fault. Hitting the tow truck was both preventable and your fault as well.
