What are we not paid for at Schneider?

Why? Not going to lie. I make more than I used to and I never wait on loads.

Not really. It would be nice to get a few extra dollars but I do it to help newbies

It can't be recruiting if you're not giving specific info like name and driver number...general info isn't a problem...

Schneider along with all the other driving companies out there will pay you if you find people all apply and get jobs. I'm not trying to recruit anyone but if someone is thinking about Schneider then why not pass along the infor that was once givin to me. If someone wants to put my name on there application then so be it. But I'm not on here looking for people.

Wow. Do you want my log in and password. I'm sure if I was doing anything wrong someone with some "say so" would let me know. It not like I'm asking for name and numbers. I came to this web site when I was getting my CDL's. So I'm not the first one the last that will seek info on the different companies.
