Ran almost all my 11 today... parked at this Indian Restaurant and truck stop on I-40 NM
There are a lot of truck drivers from India and adjacent countries here... So, I thought the food must be "good", authentic and not expensive... So, decided to give it the try...And that was good....
They have a buffet, like self-service in Brasil... got my white rice...cooked vegetables...
spinach paste
lentils...
all fresh cooked...
no meat... and they served me something that looked like a tortilla... All very spicy, of course... but I ate it all
Very good indeed!
Also bought a bunch of snacks (from India) to munch while driving...
Mr. TruckDuo may be familiar with those...
I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

HAHAHA.... $1200 stove? Oh c'mon... that must be just a regular stove...
But hey... I would engage in conversation if I didn't have to rush to bed right now... Going to get up in about 6 hrs and will drive all night again... Will have to catch up with you all tomorrow... will reset after I park... You all take care..Last edited: Oct 18, 2015

Some states (AR, IN, LA, MS, & WI) still limit you to 12,000 lbs on local roads/state highways, but on almost every interstate and most US highways you're good. -

Anybody know where you can learn more about truckin, than a truckstop?
The so called drivers lounge at a dealership. Now for the record, I hate dealerships. Since they are (for the most part)all ####### thieves, and if you're lucky they Might have 2(outta 10) actual wrenches.....and of course my theory was proven out today....and since I'm not goin to publically bad mouth them....lets just say after 6 hours of bs.....i did some cobblin....shorted out a couple of sensors&hauled ###.
BUT I must say...i never new how much I didn't know about the truckin industry....until I was a semi captive audience in the so called lounge.....and I actually managed to hold my tongue.....since I figured the sox I was wearin had more miles than the 7 of em put together....but they were #### sure scalehouse lawyers..... -

They also make an 85/80 watt and a 100/90 watt version but I think the 100/90 watt might blow fuses.
I remember they made a 160/100 watt off road H4 bulb.
Tall Mike, TruckDuo and HeWhoMustNotBeNamed Thank this.
