This is obvious, a pdf. file, my pay statement, with the name I registered under. I have not, have not needed to hide my identity or what I believe or what I have done here at AW.

My name is Scott A. Neil. I am an 0/0 with AW transport. This will be my last post on this thread. I just realized why I through away my cb 5yrs ago. I'm sitting here arguing with people who couldn't cut it and want to blame someone else for their failures... I have better things to do with my time.

My first post I invited any 0/0s to contact me through AW and the invitation still stands. I would like to say this, its obvious I really like AW and I will not try to hide it. AW is a small (50 0/0s) company, and when you call they talk to you as a person. I have never called with a employee # to speak to payroll, its just me.. Scott and everyone knows me. Its not just me, every one of the 50 0/0s are called by their names, not employee #.. now that I think about it, I don't know if we have an employee #s To you 0/0s who can still remember what it was like to be a real person it still exists at AW.

Sorry fellas, I haven't been on the forum for a few months. Just wanted to update the thread on AW Transport. I was leased on for over 2 years, I'm no longer there.

I started doing dry van, then moved over to Heavy Haul with them. The Heavy Haul rates are absolutely terrible now and I'm not crazy about the Dry Van rates as I'm sure a lot of guys aren't. When I last did dry van, the rates were $3-$4 a mile. They're half that now, if your lucky.

It's the overall Market, I guess and rates I'm seeing. Not any issue with AW the Carrier. Not sure what I'm gonna do next. Been looking out at the adds, they look as bad as the dry van & heavy haul rates.

I got a new little one at home, just 3 weeks old. Just getting a little Dad time in with the family in the meantime while I figure out my next step.

It's hard to say. Every O/O is different. Some guys like to run a certain region, or certain way and others don't.

Some guys are ok with dispatchers just booking your loads and then tell an O/O what the next move is. Some O/O want to be asked before a load is booked and are very adamant about it.

Like I said, it's hard to say. There are so many situations and scenarios that come into play daily, that I will tolerate and go along with that another O/O may not.

How long have you been an O/O? What region do you prefer to run?

I don't believe AW runs reefer. I think they are strictly dry van.
