Was Mandatory 30 repealed?

Some driver posted up and said something about a superior court judge repealing the 30 min break law back in August. Was that driver talkin out his ATA ?
He said the law was repealed because it doesn’t make sense that a local driver would gain any benefit from a 30 min break, which actually makes sense (just makes the day longer)!
Haven’t found anything about this with google and cant remember what member posted, or what thread for that matter. Anyone?

 

Dats the one, I haven’t been able to find anything showing any change or even any changes being considered, lol. Guess it was to good to be true! Nothing invigorates me like that 30 mins of staring out the wind shield in some random place after working like an animal for 8hrs!

Im just reading a lot of here say, one hand says "they have 52 days to petition for a re-hearing, but Im not finding anything that looks factual. 52 days is up, is all I know, lol.

 

Yeah I gather that its the pencil pushers not enforcing it (if its even true), and the DOT guys in the field will likely keep cashin in until they are actually prohibited from it, lol.
