Us xpress doesn't care about the driver.

It ain't so bad. I will take that over not making a decent living at USX and putting up with their disrespect and abuse anyday. I love DHT

 

/shrug. I made good money at USX, but I was a trainer. My issue was that they took away my miles and kept me running garbage loads in the north east. I got a laugh the other day when I found out that they had to turn away students because the didn't have enough trainers. I was upgrading my guys at over a 90% success rate.

Garbage loads are what they like. The good runs go to the rail. Hard to make money with micro management or when a company uses the rail. Smh....
I think I made a wise choice. My paycheck and blood pressure reflect it.

 

I left usx. Not sure who said good money but must not be very versed. Crete pays 44¢ just to start. Usx pays 41¢ after 10 years, unfortunately Crete wouldn't hire me maybe due to my record. They didn't say. My fm at usx never got me home even after being out 60 days. Usx sucks.

 

Not good money? I had made 42k buy the end of August, but money isn't everything. I suspect that once operations got wind that I was making more than them they cut my miles. I had made over 30k by the end of May when things went south. Its not that you cant make money there, its a matter of how much of their BS are you willing to take to make it.

Just my opinion.

Under the right circumstances Id be willing to go back, but Id have to have that in writing first.
