Figured it out.... the radiator mount was bad. The noise I heard was the radiator bouncing around! Thankfully I found it in time, I don't need to be buying a radiator right now.

See that is the kind of problem that a KW or Peterbuilt never has, they are perfect they never have problems, I am willing to bet no one has ever seen one with the hood up one the side of the road.
Just a thought! -
Shakers rattle kws squeak the main thing is all can be fixed if you stay on top of noises from the start. I like to drive in silence part of the day so I search out noises and fix them when I hear them.. It doesn't matter what make you drive if you hit bumps and train tracks wide open they ALL make noise sooner or later

Might want to go ahead and buy a radiator anyway. TA is charging $1500 to drop one in if you limp it in yourself. You could probably get one online for about $750.

If you are still have this problem or having a bad ride and front end rattle. Tighten all cab mount bolts. And more importantly change the carrier bearing on your Drive line. A bad bearing causes all types of unknown shaking. Had this same issue and replaced every suspension part possible. Nothing changed until bearing was replaced -
