Sure are a lot of bad companies out there!!

By the "report a bad trucking company here" section, there is not one good company, but not all companies will be a good fit for all drivers, take Western Distribution out of Denver, Co, even though they have low pay, they have drivers that have been there for many years, I think part of the reason they have long term drivers is their truck, mostly 389 long nose Pete's, they use to have W9's as well, but believe they got rid of them, their top pay is .36 CPM, unless they recently increased their pay package, I use to drive for them but left, not because of pay, I'm debt free and no need to make huge money, I liked being able to drive a O/O spec' truck, so to sums it up, everyone has their own personal belief in what a trucking company should or should not be, it not a one size fits all industry

 

You're not going please everyone in this industry. Some are happy where they are. Some can find a million things wrong with a company. This industry is what you make of it and gives back only what you put into it (75% of the time).

Just "good people "

.36 cpm is garbage. Why do driver's work so cheap? That is an insult wage.

As said above, money isn't always the determining factor.

 

I don't know for sure, but it seems my dispatcher doesn't care if I have any fun, or not.
