Alright amigo, just a little advice, okay?

You've already signed up and told them that you will be there for orientation. THEN you come here looking for dirt. Not a good thing to do, you will poison yourself doing stuff like that. That's kinda like buying an engagement ring for a girl then asking your buddies what they think about her. If you agreed to go work for them, go. Don't ask for opinions now. Do what you said you were going to do.

That being said, when you get into orientation, you will meet a negative person. Will have tons of bad things to say about P&S, and everything else under creation. Avoid him. Avoid the negative conversations while you are in orientation. You are there to learn the business and be good at what you do. You will never become good at your craft if you allow negative people to sway you.

You will find out that there are some people in this business that would complain if someone gave them a suitcase with a million dollars and they had to carry it home.

 

My guess is they're the typical entry level starter company that all have the same pros and cons

PROS: Its open deck!

CONS: Lots of handholding. Haven't seen as much handholding like there is in the trucking business since the first time my mom walked me to the bus stop in kindergarten. At any rate, make the best of it. Bring your A Game every time you play.
