I have no clue either to be honest, I can handle statistics and algebra but geometry required too much attention lol.

I knew what you meant though, 45 degrees sounds as good of a term as 120 in my book

If 180 degree would be the truck and trailer are perfectly straight... 90 degree would be the tractor is squared to the trailer... what is in between? 120 right?

This is why I am a trucker and not a carpenter. That and my wood working skills are kindergarden at best.

I have a possy that follows my posts and likes to dig up dirt on me and I dont want want something as silly as this to come back and ridicule me 2 weeks or 2 yrs from now.

I'd assume just split the difference between 180 and 90 so 135 degrees would be the opposite of 45.
    I think?

180 is not a straight line; it is rotating the truck such that the front bumper and ICC bumper exhnage places. If you mean that you only ever turn "half as sharp" as a 90; then yes.....45 degrees is the number you are looking for!!

Sounds logical... I just never heard or read anyone say they backed up a trailer at 135 degree angle... :p

No I think I remember enough to say fairly confidently that 180 degrees is straight

Try again. 180 degree turn is an "about face"......half way around the clock. Straight perhaps, but looking the OPPOSITE direction.

    Yes.. I meant half of a 90.

This why guys like me should not use numbers in a sentence. Its as confusing to me as it is for someone else trying to comprehend what I am trying to say.

Simple math I can do... money.. mpg.. cpm..

Ask me to build a bridge and we might have a problem.

    See the confusion I started.

Starsky and Hutch wrote the book on 180's.

All good. Knowing what you mean and how to express it are two different things. The degrees thing throws some people; no biggie.
