OOIDA should have sent you a document that states you are enrolled in their drug testing program. We get ours shortly after the renewal date.

 

Hmmm, got me there. Not even sure what the red-head does with those....

When I went through my first year newbie audit, I didn't even do drug testing. Talk about a deer in the headlight look.....

They let me fix it and keep going, however.

 

The only paperwork I have from my randoms when samples are given. I don't remember getting anything if a negative is tested. I think the only time I would get something is when it is a positive sample.

 

I get a negative for pre-employment tests.

 

Don't worry about the audit. It's what is called non-recourse. Anything they find wrong you won't be officially written up for. He will write it up and you have so much time to fix it but no tickets or points. As far as drug test results don't worry about that. That's private information and only allowed under a court order for anyone but you to see. He will only want to see your membership in a consortium.

This audit is not out to get you. He's there to help you. Usually they come out for 4 hours and their done in less then 2. The rest of the time is for you to ask anything at all like, can I drink in my truck when on my break. If a DOT knocks on my door when I'm parked at a truck stop in sleeper or off-duty I can tell him to go F OFF.
