I don't pull tractors either.
As for the bonuses getting "taxed to hell", they get taxed at the same rate as the rest of my income. I hear guys asking to have their bonuses on seperate checks all the time so that they don't have to " pay more taxes". I just laugh, because, unless they're moving into a higher tax bracket, their bonuses are taxed at the same rate as the rest of their pay. They're just not smart enough to realize that. They see a bigger number and automatically think that they're paying more in taxes than they would with separate checks, when, in fact, the tax rate percentage they're paying is exactly the same.
But that doesn't have anything to do with the company. If you don't like the tax rates, and who does, take that up with the bozos in Congress.
You're entitled to your opinion about mine, or any other company. But you know what they say about opinions?
And please realize that it's not necessary to put something or someone else down in order to feel good about something that you have. Just be thankful for what you have and that the other guy also has a job and is not living off your hard earned tax dollars like so many others do.

I am averaging 1800 miles a week since the end of August. I am incredibly disappointed with my whole Conway experience at this point. I cannot recommend them to anyone. On the contrary, I encourage you to stay very far away. Since they are now owned by XPO Logistics, I guess that means them too.
Surfer Joe Thanks this. -
Well at least you got a $8 cheque sitting at home for you!!!!

Come to think of it, that entire facility in Joplin is really nice!
Really, really nice!
Almost resembles a modern cathedral; sort of.
Makes a great first impression on all that new meat coming through the door; Bow your head to the mighty! Are you worthy?
Submission is kin to the ignorant and the desperate.
Reminds me of a former life as a Catholic paisano...Last edited: Dec 31, 2015

Actually the court was kinda aged an improperly oiled. Your hands would always turn black just from the court.
The guys I usually played with couldn't notice!!! Ha!
Weight room was pretty solid.
Those toilets down there were the ones I would always go poop in. Cleanest least used ones they had.
It always bugged me someone was taking a dump like 5 ft away upstairs from the showers from someone.
Even though I go in and for that every time to the woman and flush the toliet several times. -

I'd try getting that passport card.
Basically how I made my money there during winter is Canada. -
Those toilets downstairs were perhaps the best thing about my servitude at Conway.
Many an evacuation occurred down in those contentious commodes; especially after sampling the delicious cuisine in the Cafe' Conway.
Gawd I miss that gelatinous green goo made with so much love from Chef Bertha Bingmeister.
A straight 20 minutes from plate to colon blast every time.
Little did I know that my bodily fluids were being intermingled with CW. Perhaps this good gentleman could enlighten me on whom could be responsible for all that marvelous artwork scribed all over the men's pissoir; Never could figure out what Tap Foot for Interstellar Pleasures meant though..
Always did wonder why the guy next to me kept tapping his foot. I'd a sworn it was Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly.
