Yup, a lot of husband and wife teams here. We've been here for almost three years. Very happy.

 

Wherever you go.....dedicated is the way to go. Drivers on dedicated accounts make more money and the work is a lot easier. Mostly drop & hook.

 

They made a lot of changes. Honestly don't know what the company policy is. Can hook you up with a recruiter.

 

Swift is good with you being able to train your wife. After you go solo (240 hrs. With your mentor) you can take the mentor class (1 day) and do a one time family mentorship with her. Plus they can get you going from start to finish. You do hear a lot of bad about swift but a lot is not true. Just a really big company but a great one to get your feet wet with. Good luck. The account Im currently on with this company is hard to beat. I was a mentor with them and decided to go to this account. I don't make as much money not being a mentor but its an enjoyable account. Very easy work. No pressure delivery dates and If you bring home (net) less than $1250 each a week your doing something wrong and its hard to to something wrong on this account. Great money for a husband wife team with little to no experience.
