It's the amount of miles I'm being dispatched, not the amount of miles I'm driving.
And my Christmas bonus was $15. LOL

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

I had 12,901 miles in Dec and 142K+ miles for the year.
But, according to the logistics industry news sites, freight was down and thus capacity high the last quarter. So, there were a lot of trucks sitting across a lot of companies, not just ours.
Supposed to pick back up some this quarter.
I know quite a few "job hoppers" and not a single one of them are happy anywhere they go.
So, jump ship if you want, but there's no guarantee that it'll be better somewhere else. -
Ooooo big money!!!!
I always smiled at those.
Just think next year it will be 30!!!
I hope the xpo sobs fix that so rooster can get em a real Christmas bonus.
How bout your safety bonus match for the last quarter + $50 per year of service!
Don't hold your breath.
....I'm just TRYING to agitate rooster at this point.
And chinatowns married!!!!!
::gasps::
She's a couger!!!
Look out guys! -
Check out my "Conway Truckload; A Very Low Paying Job" thread in the bad companies section.
And check out all the past posts in all the CWTL threads over the past two years or so; note how so many drivers defended this company with such tenacity......
amazing... everybody (with the exception of two or three 'holdouts') have gotten the heck out.
All gone.
And all because of low, low pay. Nothing else.
If the pay was better, then the job would be worth keeping.
Conway sucks!Last edited: Jan 7, 2016
Dreamboat Thanks this. -
Meh it isn't that bad of a job. Pay was ok. Its just the people.
The people sucked.
People wanting to bug you on your 10
Ppl not answering your messages
Ppl wanting to watch you and babysit
Ppl paying fuelopps instead of the workers.
Ppl hanging up on you after you waited 45 minutes for them to answer.
Ppl not paying you for your work.
Blah blah wah wah.
Can say I'm definitely happier in a better culture of 28 drivers as opposed to over 2000. -
Yeah.. I guess.
For some reason, I was never really all that content to build pyramids for Pharoah from before sunup to well past sundown for a dollop of rice; adjusted for today's inflation to amount to about $450.00 to $700.00 per week. -
paul_4lp Thanks this.
