Why? It saves tons of fuel and lowers their emissions... It should be extended to ALL vehicles to lower them even more. Golly, I get 9+ in Cali.

saw a old cab over back into a dock and pull out, not sure of the year, in calif, I asked him how he's able to run in the state. he spoke broken english, driver said the truck has a filter. should I believe him?

In terms of enforcement I've heard the greenies handing out tickets at truck stops in Indio/Coachella and also doing inspections sporadically at the Banning scale. All you have to do is wait them out.

Well, the new 80 million dollar california super duper coop on I-15 south bound just south of primm, nv is now up and running. But They dont have the prepass set up yet. Been open two weeks now.
