Here is my concern,. First, thing. I was NOT the owner of the compaines which this jerk metion above, It was my dads. and for your info and facts. Those 11 drivers was paided INFULL. and was -is treated right. from the get go. When my dad decide to close the business es we made arangements with Mr.Miquelli to have them work for him,after he drew a nice pitcure for us but it was a lie.,From 11 drivers only 3 stay. that was me,dad,and a Black older driver ( my best driver) the rest saw this company was Bull --- and decide to go with someone else. but we 3 stay back to try it out. (Worst mistake in my life ) 2 weeks later the driver was forced to quit because this company was under paying him. and treating him poorley due to his color. I beg my driver NOT to press charges because it will hurt this said company. After weeks,months of getting under pay $ 500-600 a week. and begging for Freight . we had it.and decide to look for another carrier. Found a great company,which has Great Pay,Great Benefits from day one. and New Equipment. I am driving a 2015 Volvo super ride.with low mileages,and Make 3200 miles a week. and make $1500 take home. Not 500-600 a week .with benefits from day one. and,home on the weekends. So,I decide to make the move after a few attempts to fix the garbage truck they gave us at SABS. and truck broke down on my last day-load pulling 70,000# cargo weight on a 40' reffer container. the clutch went out. I haved reported fir 2 months and nothing have proof of writing up. and no work was done on it. So I went on with another Carrier. My dad was going to stay for a while until I get in and see how it is, We cant take 2 chances.in a row,When Mr.Miquelli find out Dad was with me ,Mr.Miquelli Fired him.at once, also Fired My Brother which was getting trained by them,and was about to do his road test in a few days.Now,its,christmas No Job,and No Check from this AH. he hold it until Monday after the Holiday. It was under cut for $500.00 per check on waiting time,moves,etc.. Checks only was given ,No Settlements was giving. To Avoid Problems I keep Quiet, Let my Lawyer deal with it. Also Am in Houston,Tx. On my way back to NJ. now, Once I get back on friday I will see my lawyer to sign charges and begin a Law Suit to Mr.Miquelli.For,Releaseing Private-Personal information of a driver.under the Employer Privicy ACT. so,Mr.Miquelli and San Antonio Get Ready to Rumble. I will have the Last Laugh... Mr.Miquelli , Tell the truth.why you have so manny trucks almost half of the fleet with out a driver. tes, because people is getting smarter and leaving your Company., Also Yes, I called FMCSA, and OSHA. also the North Bergen Health Dept. and The Hudson County Health Dept. due to NOT Having Toliet Paper in the bathroom to wipe your butt.just Brown Recycle hand paper towels to wipe. and NO Soap. but problery you have (friends) there so they dont check it out. Miquelli, This is Not Cuba. This USA, we have a right to report,and Complain,Talk to each others. with out getting Punishment. But in another hand minster You as a Ex Employer you can not release any Private and Personal information of a Ex or Current Employee. under EMPLOYER Privcy ACT. so you are wrong and Will be encounter for it. Also A Theif ???? I am no theif, did I stole anything from you or your Bad Runned Company ?? No ..So,you better get your facts straight. also you shall know about the Laws govering Personal-Privicy info from employees and Clients because You as a Co-Owner of a daycare, Learning center I feel that one of these days you will open your mouth and say Personal stuff of a Un Happy Client from your day care.-learning center,which will effect the student and or the parent... Also Mr.Miquelli, can you tell the public here in this form Why one of Your Ex Drivers was Fist fighting with Two of your Dispatchers about two months ago down stairs,I wad there and I record it too, which 3 NB Police came over to take care of it. thats also public info. I can post this with out getting in trouble... ( maybe was another theft,Lier,etc like me and my family..right... and talking to other drivers this is not the first time it happen with this company. well Mr.Miquelli.. Now folks see who is telling the truth. and who respect all my drivers equal and not talk to you like a loser,because,you dont have 45 trucks.and 2 day care and learning centers,and BMWs,etc.. Yes,Sir. I AM A PROUD HARD RUNNER TRUCKER. WHICH RUNS HARD TO SUPPORT MY FAMILY. AND YES MY DAD HAD 2 COMPANIES WITH UP TO 15 TRUCKS AND 20 DRIVERS, AND WE TRY OUR HARDEST TO KEEP UP FLOW IN TOUGH AGES.AND FAIL. BUT NEVER OWEING MONEY TO ANY OF THE DRIVERS AND OUR DRIVERS WAS TREATED WELL AND RESPECTFUL AND YES AFTER ALL,THIS AM FRIENDS AND CONTACT THEM AND SEE THEM IN A REGULAR TIME PERIODS. some of them are my co,workers here at our current employer. Also,they had personal problems which I never disclose of. who,dont have money problems,health problems, in this time.?? even you mr.wonderful. well I have all the facts,anyone who wants to see for your self.contact me.
