That is exactly the truth of the matter! If drivers decided on what companies to work for by reading ttr they would never get a job cuz every single company out there is bashed on here n according to whats said on here there is no good company. If people strictly stated there experience with a company on here instead of 95% of the here say or make beleive you would get a much more realistic view on what companies are or are not. But you got people on here solely to bash big name companies they never worked for just for the heck of it. Even people who never driven a truck let along worked for a company. Anyways no company is perfect and may be even down to specific locations or accounts that are no good versus the company as a whole. People need to get over the name on the side of the truck and do what works for them and there situation. Its all the same bs out here..whats convenient what works and as long as you making enough money for your family who gives a flyin donkey. I defend Jb against the fakers not the people who had a truly bad experience and speaking there experience. The ones who havnt worked for them and spread false rumors ticks me off when I know it is not true. Im proud of my job and the work I put in and beleive it or not im proud to be a part of a Jb Hunt. Been real solid to me across the board.

You're real proud huh...
I was at Jb for the c and s account in Newburgh...
A fellow driver of mine has been there before Jb took it over...he's been there a total of 3 years.
Why may I ask has Jb not given him or any other driver a raise in over 3 years?
What are you so 'PROUD' of ?
The ceo makes 4m a year yet they can't give drivers a simple raise over a 3 year period. Are you 'PROUD' of that ?thekidsixer and Cat sdp Thank this. -

How would you explain the rampant turnover with that account ? Something tells me you're a JBH manager or damage control specialist trolling away at your desk in little rock AR
Lone Ranger 13 and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
You got me bro! Im happy with jb so I must be a troll from arkansas. I dont want to argue. Dont want to anger anyone just tellin my piece. Wish the best for u trucker.

The high turnover rate on all of the c&s accounts are due to accidents. The stores that you have to deliver to are tight, some are old grand unions that were designed for straight trucks in the 60's and 70's. A lot of nyc and close quarter blind side backing so that equates to a lot of accidents. Worked for Webster for 6 years and have been with JB for 3.

I work for JB and I understand the issues on the C&S account. I have worked grocery for other companies and have helped with C&S while with JB. I can tell you that it is a tough account. I personally would work somewhere else if I had to pull those loads. But that is me. I know other guys that prefer it. It's all a choice.Vincent2254 Thanks this.
