Double this, wait another year, buy a nice pre egr truck, there is a lot of people selling their equipment now, because freight is slow. Next spring start your journey debt free

Oh what dreams we dream. You should add a drive to the seat. Sit back & collect all that cash. I believe you can fly too. Let me know how it is going & I will haul a load of motors for your sailboats.

Son i'd like to congratulate you on your entrepreneurial endeavors however this is something you need to think through very carefully why because most new business fail in the first 12 months you need a very good business plan and a lot of finances if your going it alone why because a lot of brokers pay 30/60 days so you need enough money to carry you for the first 3 months at least. If your borrowing money the repayments will really eat into your running costs like others have said stick with company driving for now, with 12 - 24 months experience under your belt then give it a try.

Insurance is 1k a month. When i was looking in to it it was like 14k a year with down payment and installments. With a clean record 2 years of driving experience amd a 60k truck
