Just got the call from my recruiter and everything checked out and have my date set for 3/14 anybody can give me an honest rundown of the company wasn't my first choice but after my research on the company seems pretty cool the only bad reviews I seen is from ppl who used to work at melton and alot of the fresh guys there now like it! so I'd like to hear from new guys few months in to about a year and a few of you veteran guys as well

Congratulations on getting in .
7 months in , no regrets . Odviously nothing is perfect it's still a job that's why we get paid money , but they have been great. They have not lied about one thing and I can honestly say with the exception of one person everyone there is friendly.
On to the work side , I'd been getting good miles till February ( slow for everyone ) I always get paid for everything I should.
I started with a t660 but after 4 months mine was due to be swapped out so I got a new truck t680 with 26 miles on it.Rollr4872 and BigBoiSoSincere_109r Thank this. -
dont brag about yourself in orientation, they have under covers in class to filter people out based on their attitude and performance. i didnt make it through orientation at melton because i would brag about myself, like i did this and that. DRUG SCREEN AND PHYSICAL IS ON THE FIRST DAY.
